Sofia's Bio:

I am a student in my last quarter of college at Western Washington University double majoring in psychology and art. I have aspirations to become an artist in the tattoo industry and/or find work as an illustrator.

Music, laughing, and drawing help me deal with grief. Sometimes running or walking but it seems like distractions and small accomplishments work best for me. As well as latching onto small sparks of warmth and focusing on them, even something like a fancy coffee. I have found a certain peaceful beauty that exists only in times of sadness, one that hints to one that can be found beyond temporary discomfort. Knowing too that it is temporary and that everything passes and changes can be a comfort.
